We are looking for a Senior Copywriter to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Okendo, we believe that happy customers are the foundation of great marketing. Our platform helps over 15,000 Shopify brands build stronger connections with their shoppers through a unified suite of tools for reviews, referrals, loyalty programs, and surveys. By helping these brands turn one-time buyers into loyal superfans, we enable them to grow more efficiently. We need a creative, detail-oriented professional to help us tell our story and drive engagement across our digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality written content for a variety of formats, including blog posts, case studies, email campaigns, social media, and landing pages, while ensuring each piece is tailored to its specific channel.
- Collaborate with our SEO agency to integrate target keywords into long-form articles and manage the technical optimization of content published on our website.
- Translate complex product strategies into accessible, compelling creative concepts and taglines for our marketing campaigns, webinars, and go-to-market launches.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in creating engaging, professional content, with a preference for candidates who have a background in SaaS or the e-commerce industry.
- Exceptional command of the English language, paired with a sharp eye for grammar and a commitment to maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing self-directed projects and cross-functional collaborations.
- A deep understanding of the buyer’s journey and a strategic mindset that views content as a tool to support broader business goals.
