Copywriter at Metropolis

We provide frictionless, checkout-free experiences that allow consumers to drive in and out of parking facilities without the need for traditional payment methods. Our platform is currently deployed in hundreds of locations, serving millions of customers as we work to make everyday life more convenient and efficient. We are looking for a Senior Copywriter to join our team in New York to help define our brand voice and set the standard for writing quality across our entire organization.

Key outcomes

• Serve as the primary author and owner of the Metropolis voice and tone, ensuring consistency across all company touchpoints.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Marketing, Product, Revenue, Operations, and Executive leadership to develop and evangelize our brand identity.
• Create and refine website content, including product descriptions and SEO-optimized copy.
• Develop high-performing marketing emails, social media captions, and advertisements.
• Produce corporate communications and executive-level messaging.
• Support the Revenue and Operations teams by crafting effective sales enablement materials.
• Partner with the Product team to provide UX writing support as needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional copywriting experience, gained in-house or within an agency environment.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to build and maintain foundational voice and tone systems.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Full fluency in MS Office.
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary for this full-time, on-site position ranges from $135,000 to $165,000 annually. The final offer will be based on your specific qualifications, years of experience, and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
