The role
We are looking for a Senior Copywriter to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in New Delhi. This is a key role for someone who is deeply entrenched in internet culture and understands the nuances of the Gen Z audience in the United States. You will be a vital part of our marketing efforts, helping us define our voice as we scale globally.
Core responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and competitor analysis to identify high-performing ad strategies within our niche.
- Develop and write compelling scripts for ads across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Google to drive user acquisition.
- Craft engaging communication assets, including emails and push notifications, to effectively re-engage our user base.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in marketing and storytelling. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in copywriting across various media formats, such as video scripts, social posts, and email campaigns.
- A high level of proficiency in English, with a creative flair for humor and wordplay.
- A deep understanding of internet culture and the specific preferences of the US Gen Z demographic.
- Experience working in an agency environment where you have successfully managed tight deadlines.
- Strong skills in UX copy, brand strategy, and competitor research.
- A collaborative mindset that welcomes feedback and thrives on continuous learning.
