Role at a glance
We are seeking a Mid-Level Copywriter to join our in-house marketing team in Toronto. This is a full-time, hybrid position where you will report directly to our Creative Director. We need someone with at least three years of agency or in-house experience who is ready to bring our brand voice to life across a variety of traditional and digital channels.
Your impact
- Develop high-impact marketing messages across diverse platforms, including email campaigns, video scripts, direct mail, and print collateral.
- Craft clear, persuasive copy that simplifies complex financial benefits and drives user conversion.
- Collaborate closely with internal business units, legal, and compliance teams to refine messaging while maintaining brand consistency.
What you'll need
- A post-secondary degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional copywriting experience within an agency or in-house team.
- A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to generate creative campaign concepts and write effectively under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of email marketing best practices.
- Experience with Figma is considered a significant asset.
- Excellent command of the English language and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
