At Fanatee, our marketing team is expanding to meet the growing demand and continuous production of our games. We are looking for a motivated and creative Intern Copywriter with a passion for social media trends, particularly those seen on platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok. As a Copywriter intern, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts by crafting engaging and on-trend copy for social media ads. You’ll work closely with senior copywriters and the user acquisition team, contributing to the development of campaigns that resonate with our diverse gaming audience.
Main Responsibilities
Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling and on-brand copy for social media ads, inspired by user-generated content trends on platforms like Instagram and TikTok;
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, particularly those relevant to our target audience, and incorporate these insights into ad copy;
Collaboration: Work alongside the design team to ensure that the visual elements of our ads complement the copy, creating a cohesive and engaging user experience;
Copy Editing: Support the team by reviewing and editing copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with our brand voice;
Benchmarking & Brainstorming: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new concepts for social media campaigns, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
Skill Requirements
Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of popular social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and familiarity with current trends in user-generated content;
Copywriting Skills: Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy tailored to our gaming audience;
Creativity: A keen eye for what makes content shareable and engaging on social media;
Attention to Detail: Careful attention to detail in both copy and formatting to maintain brand consistency;
Basic Design Knowledge: Familiarity with design principles and tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus;
English Proficiency: Advanced English skills are required; additional language skills are a bonus.
Bonus Points
Experience or interest in the mobile gaming industry. Previous experience creating content for social media, either professionally or personally.
