You’ll join ByHeart, an infant nutrition company that launched the first new U.S. infant formula in 15 years and is now backed by more than $250 million in funding. Our team of over 275 people builds every part of the product-from sourcing organic, grass-fed whole milk to running our own manufacturing and the largest clinical trial a new formula brand has conducted in 25 years-so parents can feel confident about every feeding choice.
What you'll be doing
- Shape and roll out copy strategies that turn audience insights into high-performing campaigns across paid ads, landing pages, email, social, and direct mail.
- Write and refine persuasive copy that drives measurable demand, then use A/B testing and performance data to keep improving results.
- Guide an outside agency’s creative output so every piece of copy stays true to ByHeart’s voice while meeting brand, legal, and regulatory standards.
What you'll bring
- Eight or more years of performance-marketing copywriting experience, ideally in CPG or a regulated category, with a portfolio that shows demand generation results.
- Strong command of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email platforms, and other digital tools, plus comfort using data to guide messaging decisions.
- A bachelor’s degree in English, Writing, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, along with genuine interest in the new-parent journey and nutrition storytelling.
- Fluency in English and the ability to collaborate across Brand, Marketing, Design, Legal, Medical, and Regulatory teams while giving clear direction to agency partners.
