About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Conversion Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Web Growth Lead, you will play a vital role in optimizing our blog traffic to boost engagement and increase product registrations. You will own the entire optimization process, from performing initial research and generating ideas to executing and iterating on your findings.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to gain a deep understanding of how visitors interact with our blog.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve our conversion rates and drive more registrations.
- Collaborate closely with our SEO and content teams to implement strategies that enhance the overall user experience.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in web funnel optimization and a data-driven mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in optimizing web funnels to drive registrations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in evidence-based decision-making using both quantitative and qualitative sources.
- Experience with experimentation tools such as VWO, Hotjar, and Airtable is highly valued.
- A self-reliant approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills in English.
- A positive, learning-oriented mindset, ideally with experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Location
This position is based in Lithuania and operates on a hybrid work model.
