What you bring

As a mid-level Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success through data-driven strategies and enhanced online experiences. This full-time remote position requires a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative spirit. You will be responsible for the following:

• Executing A/B tests to refine website elements and boost conversion rates.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and roll out effective CRO strategies.
• Analyzing web traffic and user behavior to identify and capitalize on optimization opportunities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a solid foundation in marketing and data analysis. We look for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least three years of relevant experience. You must demonstrate expertise in tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and have a deep understanding of CRO best practices, landing page architecture, and marketing attribution. Proficiency in English is essential for this role. Additionally, you must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection of at least 50mbps, a professional home office setup, and a computer with at least an Intel Core i5 or i7 processor, 8 GB of RAM, and a 256 GB SSD. Please note that this position is open to candidates who are eligible to work and are not located within the European Union.
