As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, you will elevate and add value to the client’s success story by utilising your expertise in the field.

The ideal candidate will drive results by collaborating across teams and amplifying departmental achievements with data-driven insights.

You will represent the client's brand with distinction, expanding its reach and influence through enhanced online experiences.

Your Task

Execute A/B tests to enhance website elements for improved conversion rates;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement CRO strategies;

Analyze web traffic and user behavior data to spot conversion optimization opportunities;

Design and conduct experiments targeting conversion rate enhancements;

Apply UX design or SEO principles to elevate the overall website experience;

Monitor and recommend improvements based on KPIs and data-driven insights.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field;

Minimum of 3 years related experience;

Virtual Assistant experience is a plus;

Expertise with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Search Console, and Clarity;

Thorough understanding of CRO best practices and conversion rate optimization, landing page structure, and marketing attribution;

Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills.

Language

Professional proficiency in the English language is required.

Knowledge of other international languages is an asset but not necessary.

Requirements

High-speed and reliable internet with a minimum of 50mbps;

Windows or Mac IOS computer/laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 or i7 processor, 8 GB RAM, and 256 GB SSD.

Internet and electrical back-up in case of power outage
