We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our team. You are passionate about understanding user behavior and translating insights into actionable strategies to drive revenue growth.
As a CRO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our website and conversion funnel to maximize customer acquisition and retention.

What you’ll do
As a CRO Specialist you will be a pivotal force in driving revenue growth by engineering exceptional digital experiences that convert. Your mission is to unlock the full potential of our brand portfolio through data-driven insights and innovative optimization strategies.
- Deep-dive into website performance metrics, user behavior, and customer journeys to uncover hidden conversion opportunities.
- Design and execute sophisticated A/B and multivariate tests to optimize every touchpoint of the customer journey.
- Propose, define, and implement commercial campaigns designed to boost business growth.
- Partner with marketing, product, and design teams to create a unified, customer-centric approach to conversion optimization.
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring
We are looking for someone who:
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, driving strategic initiatives. Experience with data reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics) is essential.
- Hands-on experience in A/B testing, usability testing, and website optimization, coupled with a strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work cross-functionally and drive projects to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and achieve goals within deadlines.
- Possesses critical thinking, can speak up his/her thoughts, and can make its own vision voiced.
- Has excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English.
