The role

We are searching for a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in Romania, perfect for a mid-level professional who is passionate about user behavior and translating complex data into revenue-driving initiatives. You will play a central role in refining our website and conversion funnels to ensure we provide exceptional digital experiences.

Core responsibilities

• Analyze website performance, user behavior, and customer journeys to identify and capitalize on hidden opportunities for conversion.
• Design and manage rigorous A/B and multivariate testing programs to improve every aspect of the user experience.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and design departments to foster a unified, customer-centric strategy that boosts business growth.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should be a critical thinker who is comfortable voicing your ideas and challenging the status quo. You should bring the following qualifications:

• Proven expertise in translating complex data into strategic actions, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with website optimization, usability testing, and various testing methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects effectively and communicate clearly in English.
