At SmartAsset, we are dedicated to helping people make informed financial decisions through our educational content and personalized tools. As a leading online destination for financial advice, we power the SmartAsset Advisor Marketing Platform, which connects millions of consumers with financial advisors every month. We are proud to be recognized as one of Y Combinator's top 100 companies of all time, and we are looking for passionate individuals to help us continue our growth as we support our 69 million monthly visitors.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who is ready to take ownership of our testing strategy. You will play a vital role in shaping how our users interact with our platform, ensuring that our digital presence is as effective as possible for both our B2C and B2B audiences.
What will you do?
- Design and execute A/B tests using Optimizely, utilizing your technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement changes directly on our web pages.
- Collaborate with our marketing teams to analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and prioritize a backlog of tests that drive meaningful improvements to our conversion rates.
- Optimize the user journey across landing pages and blog content by experimenting with site features, calls to action, and visual elements to maximize engagement and results.
What makes you a great fit?
To thrive in this role, you should have a strong background in digital marketing or CRO, along with a data-driven mindset. We value candidates who can bridge the gap between technical implementation and strategic analysis. You should be comfortable working with SQL and have a solid grasp of growth marketing levers, including how different metrics influence one another. Experience with UI/UX design, particularly in Figma, is a plus, as is familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or GA4. Excellent project management and communication skills are essential, as you will be presenting your findings and recommendations to various stakeholders across the company.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $78,000, depending on your experience and location. Beyond the paycheck, we provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and long-term success:
- Full remote work flexibility.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
- Life insurance and disability insurance coverage.
- 401k retirement savings plan.
- Equity compensation to ensure you share in our success.
- Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and parental leave.
- Access to an employee assistance program.
