Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United Kingdom, where you will lead the strategy behind our website optimization programs to drive meaningful growth and performance.

Your impact

Translate complex data into actionable hypotheses, prioritizing tests based on expected ROI and their contribution to our core KPIs and OKRs.
Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle, from building wireframes and configuring A/B tests to analyzing results and recommending strategic next steps.
Collaborate across teams to present clear, data-led insights to stakeholders, ensuring our collective learnings improve our website performance and internal processes.

What you'll need

Extensive experience in web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing, specifically using tools like VWO and Google Analytics.
A strong grasp of B2B marketing techniques and the ability to explain complex technical findings in plain English.
A data-driven mindset that incorporates UX, data science, user research, and competitor analysis to solve problems.
The ability to manage multiple projects autonomously while maintaining a focus on quality assurance and documentation.
