Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Conventions and Engagement Program Manager to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This is a senior-level role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, provided you are comfortable with 20 to 30 percent travel to manage our national and regional events. You will be the driving force behind our presence at major industry conferences, ensuring our brand stands out while supporting our broader marketing and business growth goals.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of our national convention strategy, handling everything from initial planning and organization to on-site execution and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align our tradeshow presence with our product roadmap, ensuring every booth and interaction reflects our core marketing objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and annual event budgets to ensure we are maximizing our investment and delivering innovative, lead-generating experiences for healthcare professionals.
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of experience in tradeshow management, with at least 4 of those years spent in the medical device, life science, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Strong familiarity with medical technologies, specifically within cardiology, imaging, or CT scanner fields.
- A proven ability to manage complex projects, communicate effectively with diverse teams, and solve problems under the pressure of tight deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, with CMP or CTSM certifications considered a significant plus.
- Fluency in English and a highly organized, detail-oriented approach to strategic planning.
Perks and compensation
