The opportunity
We are looking for a Contracts Operations Administrator to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be the backbone of our Growth and Performance teams, ensuring that our contract documents are handled with precision and care. You will work closely with our Salesforce experts to keep our systems running efficiently, and you will collaborate with our ACO Administration team to ensure we meet critical regulatory requirements. This is a perfect role for someone who wants to build a career at the intersection of healthcare operations and contract management.
A day in the life
- You will manage the end-to-end process of creating and distributing contracts using our Salesforce Contract Lifecycle Management tools.
- You will partner with our Salesforce team to maintain high standards of data hygiene and assist with various system-related requests.
- You will provide essential support to the ACO Administration team, helping them navigate and complete tasks related to CMS MSSP applications.
Who you are
You are a detail-oriented professional with at least three years of progressive experience. You have a bachelor's degree and a strong background in project management. Because our work is fast-paced, you are someone who thrives on meeting deadlines and staying organized. You are comfortable working in Salesforce and have hands-on experience drafting contracts within a CLM tool. We value clear communication in English, and if you have experience using the Google Suite or familiarity with value-based healthcare programs, you will fit right in.
