Unlike existing dining reservation systems, Dorsia leverages a unique supply and demand pricing model to offer hard-to-book reservations for a guaranteed minimum spend. For restaurants, we optimize revenue by providing a reliable customer base, reducing no-shows and cancellations, and unlocking access to actionable diner insights and marketing support. For our members, we remove the hassle & frustration of securing that perfect reservation.
In this role, you will:
- Design graphic assets for social media, print, digital marketing, and in-app promotions in collaboration with Dorsia creative and marketing teams
- Design sales and partnership assets, including one-pagers and presentations, in collaboration with Dorsia business development teams
- Work closely with the creative and design team to create and manage existing templates for assets
- Assist in the creation of multimedia content such as videos and animations to engage and educate Dorsia members and partners
- Support senior designers to develop, hone, and adhere to the Dorsia design system and visual brand guidelines
- Work with the creative team to generate campaign ideas for various Dorsia events, membership initiatives, and marketing activations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative work meets business objectives and brand guidelines
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction and feedback to other team members
- Be prepared to rapidly iterate with internal stakeholders on creative assets
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in graphic design, motion design, digital art, or a related field
- Strong visual design skills and taste for content
- Strong plus for experience with motion design, animation, video editing, and photography
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proven experience developing and implementing creative strategies and protocols
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
- Experience with content management systems and/or digital asset management systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in art, design, or a related field
- Must be able to work from Miami in a full time capacity (40 hours/week)
- Experience working in fast-paced and iterative environments
- Portfolio of work demonstrating experience in graphic design and motion graphics for diverse channels

This role is located fully onsite Miami office and initially will be a 3 month contract with the opportunity to extend
