The opportunity

We’re looking for a Contract Creative Project Manager to guide every stage of our creative output. In this role you’ll keep projects moving from first request to final delivery, while shaping the systems that help our creative team work at its best. You’ll connect marketing leadership, internal partners, and outside production vendors so that every campaign, video, and asset meets both creative standards and business goals. Because this is a contract position running full-time from early July 2026 through mid-January 2027, you’ll step in with immediate ownership and see your influence reflected in the work we release over the next six months.

A day in the life

• You’ll run project intake each week, working with marketing leadership to set priorities, assign resources, and build realistic schedules that keep the creative pipeline healthy.
• You’ll forecast team capacity, flag gaps early, and adjust plans so that no project stalls for lack of time or budget.
• You’ll manage external vendors across video, audio, motion, and print-reviewing scopes, tracking spend, and ensuring every deliverable meets Hometap’s quality bar and lands on time.

Who you are

You bring five to seven years of hands-on project management and creative production experience across video, social, and digital channels. You’ve led cross-functional creative workflows and know how to guide outside production partners to strong results. Resource planning and budget tracking are second nature, and you’re comfortable influencing priorities or pushing back when it protects the work. You stay organized under pressure, juggle competing deadlines with ease, and approach every challenge with a collaborative, solutions-first mindset. Strong English communication skills and comfort with project-management tools complete your toolkit.
