What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Content Writer/Copywriter to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid role where you will play a foundational part in shaping our marketing strategy. You will be one of the first members of our marketing team, working closely with our Brand and Marketing Lead to generate pipeline, nurture leads, and support our go-to-market efforts. We are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and is eager to help build a revenue-generating marketing motion from the ground up.
What will you do?
- Refine and document our company tone guide to ensure it remains consistent as we expand our product offerings and customer base.
- Collaborate with our product marketing, brand design, and product teams to oversee naming and nomenclature across our various brands.
- Manage our company blog and social media channels to drive community engagement while measuring the impact of your content on site traffic and follower growth.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in content strategy and a passion for the venture capital ecosystem. We value the following qualifications:
- Five to seven years of experience leading content strategy for a company or specific product line.
- A proven track record as a content writer with a portfolio that includes short-form pieces like blog posts, case studies, and social media content.
- Specific experience writing about private markets or venture capital.
- Familiarity with writing for highly regulated industries and navigating content approval processes with legal or product counsel.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
