You will join AssetWatch, a remote-first startup that helps global manufacturers keep production running smoothly by delivering advanced condition monitoring and predictive maintenance solutions. Our growing team of engineers and business leaders is united around building the future of reliability in manufacturing, and we are looking for a Senior Content Writer who can turn technical insights into clear, engaging stories for maintenance and reliability professionals.
What you'll be doing
- Research, write, and refine blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, emails, and social media content that speak directly to the challenges faced by manufacturing and maintenance teams.
- Generate fresh topic ideas by tracking industry trends, customer needs, product developments, and keyword opportunities, then shape those ideas into content that strengthens our position as a thought leader.
- Partner with subject-matter experts, marketing, and sales colleagues to gather accurate information, align messaging with business goals, and ensure every piece of content performs well across search engines and our audience channels.
What you'll bring
- A bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, along with several years of professional writing experience.
- Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, paired with a sharp eye for detail and technical accuracy.
- A solid grasp of SEO principles and proven experience optimizing content for search visibility and reader engagement.
- Comfort working inside content management systems and publishing platforms to move projects from draft to live publication.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creativity and storytelling skill that lets you translate complex industrial topics into relatable, informative content.
- A genuine interest in staying current with manufacturing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content strategy.
- Fluency in English for all written and verbal communication.
