As a Content Writer you will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and valuable content that resonates with our target audience of maintenance and reliability professionals in manufacturing. Your primary focus will be on producing written materials such as blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, email and social media content that showcase our expertise, address industry challenges, and highlight the benefits of our solutions. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, marketing professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of our content initiatives. 

What You'll Do: 

• Content Creation: Research, write, and edit compelling content tailored to the maintenance & reliability/manufacturing audience, adhering to established brand voice and style guidelines. 
• Topic Ideation: Generate creative ideas for content topics based on industry trends, customer needs, product/service offerings, and keyword research. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including subject matter experts, marketing, and sales, to gather insights, validate information, and align content with business objectives. 
• Content Optimization: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user engagement, incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and formatting techniques to improve visibility and accessibility. 
• Content Distribution: Assist in the development and execution of content distribution strategies across various channels, including website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and industry publications. 
• Content Review: Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of content to ensure accuracy, clarity, coherence, and adherence to quality standards. 
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for content differentiation and thought leadership. This may include going to conferences to listen in on various presentations, joining and participating in industry podcasts, webinars, and digital content, and interviewing key customers and personas. 
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives using relevant metrics and analytics tools and leverage insights to refine content strategies and tactics. 

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field. 
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. 
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices. 
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and publishing platforms. 
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines. 
• Highly creative, with ability to tell great stories and take complex and technical material and transform it into relatable and informative content. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
