We are looking for a dedicated Content Writer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Ireland. Responsibilities

• Research and produce a diverse range of technical materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, user tips, and webinar presentations.
• Partner with subject-matter experts to ensure technical accuracy while applying SEO best practices and creative storytelling to reach our target personas.
• Manage our content lifecycle by auditing existing assets, maintaining organized records, and using analytics to refine our overall content strategy.

Requirements

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree paired with at least two years of experience in technical writing, ideally within the software or telecommunications sectors.
• Proficiency with content management systems, marketing automation tools, and standard office software for word processing and presentations.
• A strong aptitude for learning new technologies quickly and an ability to explain intricate technical details to readers with varying levels of expertise.
• Excellent time management skills, a meticulous approach to organization, and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• A genuine interest in fields like VoIP, WebRTC, and voice-bot technology is highly valued.
