We're looking for a skilled Content Writer to shape the voice of doola across blogs, social platforms, and multiple content formats while helping us reach entrepreneurs worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Write and manage blog content that strengthens SEO performance and drives organic growth.
- Plan and execute content campaigns across blogs, e-books, social media, and additional formats such as audio, video, and events.
- Analyze content funnels and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and increased reach.
- Select the most effective social channels for content distribution and continuously refine the approach based on results.
- Own the written content calendar, scheduling daily posts on organic social channels in coordination with the marketing manager.
- Monitor social conversations to spot emerging content opportunities for the brand.
- Contribute written material to press releases, investor updates, website copy, and other business communications.
Must-haves
- At least three years of experience in creative writing, copywriting, or content marketing.
- Expert command of English with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and on-brand messaging.
- Strong project-management skills and the capacity to handle multiple initiatives at once.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and turning ideas into action quickly.
- Clear communication style that works well in both written updates and real-time discussions.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and support teammates.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience creating your own content as a writer or creator.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and content-performance analytics.
