Key outcomes

• Produce written content that supports brand campaigns and key initiatives in collaboration with the creative team.
• Manage our content operations end-to-end, developing campaigns that generate leads and deliver measurable performance across blogs, e-books, and additional formats.
• Analyze content funnels in depth to identify opportunities that accelerate growth.
• Select and optimize social media channels for content distribution, iterating based on performance data.
• Advance organic content initiatives as a testing ground for new marketing opportunities.
• Maintain the written content calendar and schedule daily posts across our organic social channels in coordination with the marketing manager.
• Conduct social listening to surface opportunities for both organic content and broader brand initiatives.
• Contribute written material to additional business areas, including press releases, investor updates, website copy, and social media content.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in creative writing, copywriting, or content and marketing roles.
• Expert command of written English with the ability to adapt voice and tone across multiple formats and audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while independently organizing work and time.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and growth within a startup environment, with the capacity to move quickly from idea to execution.
• Skill in identifying problems, proposing solutions, and implementing changes efficiently.
• Clear communication of nuanced ideas in both written and real-time settings, with the ability to engage thoughtfully during disagreements and reach compromises when needed.
• Comfort working cross-functionally, collaborating with teammates, and supporting shared goals while continuing to learn and help others grow.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience creating content as an independent writer or creator.
• Enthusiasm for experimenting with new formats and approaches to engage social audiences creatively.
