In this strategic leadership role, you will take the reins of our content marketing strategy, crafting a data-driven approach that fuels business growth and audience engagement. You will not only excel in content creation itself but also possess a keen eye for identifying trends, optimizing performance, and leading a team to deliver exceptional content.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive, data-driven content strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth audience research to understand user needs, preferences, and content consumption habits.
- Analyze content performance metrics (SEO, engagement, conversions) and recommend strategic optimizations.
- Identify emerging content marketing trends and technologies and integrate them into the strategy.
- Oversee content governance, ensuring brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments (marketing, sales, product) to ensure content aligns with broader initiatives.
- Stay at the forefront of the content marketing landscape by attending conferences, workshops, and staying current on best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in content strategy with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a content team.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to content performance.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Experience managing content budgets and resources effectively.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
