What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Content Strategy and Editing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our content vision, responsible for building a data-driven strategy that drives meaningful growth and deepens our connection with our audience.
What will you do?
- Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy that directly supports our core business goals and objectives.
- Perform detailed audience research to gain a clear understanding of what our users need, how they prefer to consume information, and what drives their engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including SEO rankings and conversion rates, to refine our approach and optimize our content output.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a seasoned professional with at least seven years of experience in content strategy and a history of delivering high-impact results. You possess a strong command of the English language and have a deep understanding of SEO principles and content optimization. We are looking for someone who excels at team leadership, as you will be responsible for mentoring and inspiring others. You should also be comfortable managing budgets, engaging with stakeholders across various departments, and using data analysis to inform your decision-making process. A degree in marketing, communications, or journalism is preferred, though we value equivalent professional experience as well.
