GoodUnited is a pioneering B2B SaaS organization based in Charleston, South Carolina, dedicated to transforming the trillion-dollar charitable giving industry. We have developed the first fundraising platform specifically designed for social networks, helping nonprofit organizations automate supporter engagement and maximize their revenue. We are currently looking for a Senior Content Strategist to join our remote team. In this role, you will help us tell our story and connect with impactful causes across the globe. You will be a vital part of our growth, crafting narratives that resonate with our nonprofit partners through long-form content, email marketing, and strategic social media campaigns.
Key outcomes
- Work directly with our executive leadership team to define and execute our monthly content and webinar strategy.
- Drive our SEO efforts by developing and optimizing content to increase our digital reach.
- Produce two high-quality, 2,500-word long-form articles each month, complete with custom imagery.
- Leverage our proprietary AI tools to manage and publish social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X on a daily basis.
- Execute monthly webinars in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop two data-backed case studies every month to showcase our impact.
- Generate quarterly KPI reports regarding direct messaging performance to provide actionable insights.
- Oversee the distribution of bi-weekly newsletters that highlight our latest webinars, case studies, and blog posts.
- Partner with our HubSpot specialists to transform our website into a high-performing lead acquisition channel.
- Manage both paid and organic social media initiatives to boost engagement for our nonprofit clients.
- Maintain a comprehensive content calendar and analyze performance metrics to ensure our strategies align with business growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in content marketing, ideally with US-based firms or the nonprofit sector.
- C1 level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven expertise in managing content management and marketing automation tools, specifically HubSpot and Webflow.
- Proficiency in creative design software, including Adobe and Canva.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and experience with automation workflows like Airtable and Make.com.
- A strong background in technical writing or working within a SaaS environment.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive while working independently in a remote setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
