What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior Content Strategist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in our New York City headquarters. In this role, you will serve as a versatile leader who balances high-level strategy with hands-on execution to drive our most important creative initiatives.

What will you do?

Lead the full content lifecycle, including editorial planning, copywriting, and project management for our marketing products and brand communications.
Partner with creative producers, marketers, and executives to develop engaging collateral and customer success stories that resonate with agents and their clients.
Refine our content governance and messaging strategies by gathering customer feedback and identifying innovative ways to reach our audience across multiple channels.

What makes you a great fit?

You are a proactive and resourceful professional with at least five years of experience in integrated content creation, copywriting, or creative project management. You have a strong command of the English language and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable mentoring partners while managing complex advertising campaigns. You should be just as skilled at managing project timelines as you are at writing compelling, persuasive copy.
