About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Content Strategist to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will lead high-impact, search-optimized content initiatives that resonate with our audience and drive organic growth. Reporting to the Principal Content Strategist, you will sit at the intersection of editorial excellence and SEO, using data-driven insights to experiment with new strategies and scale our content efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SEO content projects, including calendar management, cross-functional collaboration, and operational execution.
- Develop and refine content strategies by analyzing search trends, user behavior, and performance metrics to improve rankings and conversion.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies and automation tools to streamline our workflows and increase the overall impact of our content team.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who bring a blend of creative strategy and technical SEO expertise. Your background should include:
- At least 5 years of experience in content marketing or SEO content strategy, with a proven track record of driving organic growth.
- A strong portfolio that showcases your editorial skills and your ability to execute SEO-driven content projects.
- Deep proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console, alongside analytics platforms such as GA4 or Tableau.
- The ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies that align with business objectives.
- A continuous learning mindset and an interest in experimenting with new approaches to content creation.
Location
This position is based in Canada. We operate under a hybrid work model, which requires you to work from one of our offices up to 1 day per week to foster collaboration and team connection.
