Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to brainstorm, refine, and proofread high-quality content for a global audience.
- Manage the full lifecycle of content creation across various channels, including our product, website, and customer emails.
- Develop and execute content strategies for product launches, company announcements, and marketing campaigns.
- Partner with design, marketing, and product teams to build a cohesive brand identity that helps customers make informed financial decisions.
- Use data, research, and experimentation to validate your narratives and measure the effectiveness of your strategies.
- Define and maintain our unique brand voice across every communication medium.
Must-haves
- Mastery of the English language.
- A portfolio demonstrating your experience, particularly in email and newsletter writing.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to integrate feedback from peers, subject matter experts, and legal teams.
- Proven success in simplifying complex concepts into clear, accessible language.
- Experience delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- A genuine interest in financial innovation and a strong commitment to our mission.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience creating content for the fintech or cryptocurrency sectors.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
