Responsibilities
- Manage our content calendar while developing monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
- Collaborate with the VP of Content and Creative to execute writing schedules and develop creative concepts.
- Coordinate with Customer Success to produce essential assets like testimonials and case studies.
- Oversee our webinar schedule, including promotional content and sales enablement materials.
- Edit customer-submitted content to ensure it aligns with our brand voice and quality standards.
- Maintain our internal libraries for testimonials, case studies, and presentation decks.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify resource gaps and propose strategic solutions.
- Analyze content performance and provide regular reporting to inform future growth initiatives.
- Partner with the Marketing Operations Manager to align content output with our email marketing strategy.
Must-haves
- At least two years of professional experience in content creation and campaign planning.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex plans and meet deadlines.
- A creative mindset with a deep passion for storytelling and digital engagement.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Curiosity and a commitment to staying current with marketing trends and data analysis.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. We also provide the following perks:
