Who you are:

  • You have at least two years of experience in content creation and campaign planning
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment, bringing enthusiasm and a collaborative spirit to your role. 
  • You are a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation. 
  • Your curiosity drives you to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest trends in content marketing and digital engagement. 
  • You have strong project management skills, excel at organizing and coordinating complex content plans, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. 
  • You are adept at collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders, leveraging feedback to refine and optimize content strategies.

What you’ll do:

  • Co-manage our content calendar and help create monthly, quarterly, and annual content plans and deliverables.
  • Make content calendar suggestions based on customer feedback and internal enablement on the topic areas that should be included.
  • Facilitate customer content creation, including the development of corresponding materials and reporting.
  • Help to review and edit submitted customer content to ensure that it matches our brand voice and standards.
  • Manage the webinar calendar and coordinate content for promotion, day-of, and sales enablement.
  • Coordinate with the VP of Content and Creative to organize writing schedules, develop concepts, and execute supporting assets.
  • Work with Customer Success to strategically facilitate the creation of needed customer assets including case studies and testimonials.
  • Work with the Marketing Operations Manager to align current content initiatives and output with customer-focused emails
  • Update and manage the content, references, testimonial, and case study libraries/slide decks for the company at large.
  • Identify gaps in our resources based on market, persona, and competitor research and suggest solutions.
  • Analyze the success of the above efforts and create cadenced reporting to leverage data, inform decision-making, and drive growth.

How you’ll contribute to the team:

  • The Content Strategist reports directly to the VP of Content and Creative and works closely with the Growth and Product Marketing Managers. This role supports the content strategy workstream, running analyses and collating them to build deliverables that drive growth. They assist in the creation of long and short-form copy, video, social media/forum posts, webinars, events content, webpages, emails, and user-generated content. The role is heavily involved in conceptualizing and brainstorming the editorial calendar and managing the deadlines and deliverables of those involved in content creation.
