What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Content Strategist to join our product design team on a full-time basis. You will work remotely from anywhere to educate and inspire our community through savvy, clear communications. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to map out content lifecycles and produce materials across our website, products, and email channels.
• Strategizing and crafting compelling narratives for product launches, company updates, and marketing campaigns that define our brand voice.
• Using data, research, and performance metrics to test your strategies and refine our approach to acquisition and retention.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a mix of editorial prowess, strategic thinking, and creative judgment. You must be a master of the English language and have a portfolio that highlights your experience with email and newsletter writing. We value your ability to translate complex financial concepts into accessible language while working under tight deadlines. You should be comfortable incorporating feedback from various stakeholders, including legal teams and subject matter experts. While not required, experience in fintech or cryptocurrency, as well as bilingualism in French, are considered assets. Most importantly, we look for individuals who are genuinely enthusiastic about financial innovation and our mission.
