What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Content Strategist and Writer to join our marketing team on a full-time, remote basis. You will own our end-to-end content strategy, research, and writing processes across our primary channels, including blogs, newsletters, and email automations. Your work will be grounded in data and SEO best practices to help us scale our content ecosystem. This role is open to candidates located in Europe, Canada, or LATAM.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand voice, community needs, and marketing objectives.
- Manage the full editorial pipeline, including writing blogs, newsletters, and product announcements while ensuring consistent publication schedules.
- Utilize SEO research and performance analytics to drive organic growth and refine our content approach based on community insights.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with 3 to 5 years of experience in content strategy, SEO, or professional writing. You should possess native fluency in English and a proven ability to adapt your writing style to match our unique, decentralized brand voice. We value a data-driven mindset, meaning you are comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush to track performance and inform your decisions. While experience in the web3, technology, or gaming sectors is highly preferred, we are most interested in someone who is a quick learner and genuinely curious about the space. Strong project management skills are essential, as you will be balancing multiple formats and timelines in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment.
