The opportunity

We are looking for a Content Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands on a full-time basis. You will play a vital role in our global expansion by leading our content localization efforts. This position is perfect for someone who understands that great communication is about more than just translation, it is about cultural resonance. You will own our multilingual content strategy, ensuring that every blog post, email, and advertisement feels authentic and on-brand for our international audience while driving our SEO goals forward.

A day in the life

• You will manage and optimize our end-to-end localization processes, ensuring that our brand voice remains consistent and culturally relevant across all global markets.
• You will oversee the editorial calendar and workflows for translated content, coordinating with internal contributors and freelancers to maintain high-quality standards.
• You will work directly within our CMS platforms to publish updates and monitor the performance of localized content, using data to refine our strategy continuously.

Who you are

You are a detail-oriented professional with 1 to 2 years of experience in content strategy, localization, or project management. You understand how to bridge the gap between SEO best practices and cultural nuances. You are a systems thinker who enjoys building efficient workflows, and you thrive in fast-paced, international environments. You possess excellent communication skills in English, and if you have native-level fluency in another language like German, French, Dutch, or Spanish, that would be a fantastic advantage. You must be currently based in the Netherlands to join our on-site team.
