To fuel our growth and enhance our storytelling, we're seeking a Content Production Specialist with a journalism background or comparable experience to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview: The Content Production Specialist will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience, driving brand awareness and engagement. Leveraging journalistic skills to uncover and tell impactful stories, you will produce a wide range of content, from articles and blog posts to videos and podcasts, highlighting Truora’s solutions and their impact on businesses and individuals.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop and execute a content strategy that includes the production of articles, blog posts, white papers, videos, and podcasts, ensuring all content is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand voice.

Storytelling: Use journalistic techniques to research, uncover, and tell compelling stories that demonstrate the value of Truora’s solutions and their impact on the market.

Audience Engagement: Craft content that appeals to our target audiences, driving engagement and fostering a strong connection with the brand.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to identify storytelling opportunities and ensure content supports business objectives.

Content Management: Oversee the content calendar, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality content across all channels.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to understand its impact on audience engagement and business goals, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, news, and competitor content strategies to ensure Truora’s content remains relevant and impactful.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in journalism, content production, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content types.

Journalistic Skills: Strong background in journalism or a related field, with excellent research, interviewing, and storytelling abilities.

Creativity: Creative thinker with the ability to produce innovative and engaging content for a variety of formats and platforms.

Organizational Skills: Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple content projects simultaneously.

Digital Savvy: Proficient with digital content platforms, SEO principles, and content management systems.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align content production with broader marketing and business objectives.
