What you'll be doing
- Take full ownership of our content operations and e-commerce content creation, ensuring these functions scale effectively across our entire brand portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of specialists by conducting regular one-on-one meetings, setting clear goals, and managing performance cycles.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing process improvements, leveraging automation, and integrating AI-supported tools to boost efficiency and business growth.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in operational leadership and a deep understanding of digital content ecosystems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of professional experience in content operations, marketing operations, or e-commerce environments.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity, managing teams of various seniority levels.
- Proven success working within high-volume digital platforms, such as marketplaces or large-scale e-commerce sites.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance metrics like conversion rates and delivery efficiency to meet quarterly targets.
- Expertise in CMS-based workflows, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with technical and product teams.
- Fluency in English, as all applications must be submitted in this language.
