At DigitalOcean, our Developer Content Team creates multimedia and written resources that empower developers to build and scale their projects. We are seeking a Content Operations Coordinator to join our remote team and keep our content engine running efficiently by managing intake processes, supporting cross-functional efforts, and helping us share our best work with the right audience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee content intake and submission workflows to ensure all requests are tracked and assigned.
- Manage editorial calendars and trackers to maintain project organization.
- Collaborate with writers, content managers, and stakeholders to facilitate the smooth production and publication of assets.
- Assist in the creation of performance reports and content insights.
- Coordinate the distribution of published content across our marketing, community, and sales enablement channels.
- Partner with our customer marketing lead to identify, develop, and publish compelling customer success stories.
- Write, edit, and format content including blog posts, social copy, and email assets as needed.
Must-haves
- 1 to 3 years of experience in content marketing, editorial coordination, or marketing operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with diverse internal teams.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a genuine interest in editorial processes and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in writing and editing for various formats.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Airtable.
- Familiarity with content management systems.

The salary range for this position is $52,000 - $60,000.
