About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Content Marketing Specialist to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a pivotal role where you will report directly to our VP of Marketing. You will be responsible for ensuring our messaging remains consistent and impactful across every stage of the customer journey, from initial pre-sales efforts to ongoing customer success and communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-impact sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and product overviews, while collaborating with our teams to integrate compelling case studies.
- Create and manage targeted newsletters for both prospective clients and existing customers to drive engagement, share product updates, and highlight industry trends.
- Partner with our Customer Success team to produce onboarding guides, feature highlights, and internal playbooks that maximize retention and support restaurant growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in content marketing, sales enablement, or customer communication, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a proven track record of creating content for both acquisition and retention.
- Proficiency in basic design tools like Canva and familiarity with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of your content and a collaborative mindset for working across Sales, Marketing, and CS departments.
Location
This position is based in Israel and offers a hybrid work environment.
