What is this role?

We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a mid-level position where you will play a key role in shaping our brand authority within the short-term rental industry. You will report directly to the Content Marketing Manager and focus on executing a strategy that drives organic growth while maintaining the high standards of our brand voice.

What will you do?

• Lead our efforts to boost blog traffic and improve SEO performance by utilizing tools like SEMrush and Google Analytics.
• Manage the end-to-end creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized articles, which includes overseeing freelance writers and integrating AI technologies to scale our output.
• Analyze content performance metrics to refine our strategy, ensuring that all published material aligns with our broader marketing and product goals.

What makes you a great fit?

You are a creative and organized professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in content marketing. You have a strong grasp of SEO, keyword research, and performance analysis, and you are comfortable managing both projects and people. We are looking for someone who is proficient with Google Analytics, Search Console, and various CMS platforms, and who is excited about using AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance their workflow. If you have experience managing freelancers or teams in a remote environment, you will fit right in.
