Content Marketing Manager at LearnUpon

We are excited to invite you to join LearnUpon as our new Content Marketing Manager. Our platform serves as a powerful solution that helps organizations manage, track, and achieve their learning goals for employees, partners, and customers. With a global presence spanning Dublin, Belgrade, Philadelphia, Salt Lake City, and Sydney, we pride ourselves on a culture that is collaborative, supportive, and deeply focused on the customer experience. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our Dublin office, where you will be expected to work on-site two to three days each week.

What you'll be doing

• You will develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy, producing high-quality blog posts, guides, and case studies that establish our brand as a thought leader in the learning technology sector.
• You will lead our video production initiatives, managing everything from initial planning and scripting to final production to showcase our platform's impact.
• You will oversee our social media presence, creating engaging graphics and video snippets while using SEO best practices to maximize our reach and organic visibility.

What you'll bring

• You have at least four years of experience in content marketing with a proven ability to drive measurable results.
• You possess exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills, complemented by a strong background in video production and social media management.
• You are highly organized with strong project management capabilities, allowing you to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a data-driven approach to performance optimization.
• You are proficient in English and comfortable working in a cross-functional environment alongside teams like product marketing, sales, and customer success.
• While not required, experience with marketing automation tools or a background in the learning technology industry is considered a significant advantage.
