About the Role

We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this mid-level role, you will be responsible for executing our developer-first content strategy. You will manage our growing contributor network, oversee our presence on social platforms, and ensure our content effectively serves the algorithmic trading community. This position reports to our Marketing Lead and requires a highly collaborative mindset to work alongside our product, design, and developer experience teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our content strategy, including managing editorial calendars, brand voice, and the production of diverse formats such as articles, videos, and webinars.
• Oversee the end-to-end content production process by collaborating with internal teams and managing external contributors to publish high-quality resources on our blog and learning pages.
• Drive traffic and brand awareness by implementing SEO best practices and actively engaging with online communities on platforms like Reddit, X, and LinkedIn.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience combining software development knowledge with creative or technical content production and project management.
• A genuine interest in algorithmic trading, quantitative analysis, and tools built for developers.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to solve complex problems creatively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a 100% distributed, cross-functional team.

Location

This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world, though we have a preference for those available during North American Eastern working hours.
