What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a strategic leadership position where you will take full ownership of the content strategy across all five businesses within the PEXA UK group, including PEXA, Smoove, Optima, Amity Law, and Legal Eye. We need someone with significant experience who can plan, coordinate, and execute a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with our corporate goals.
What will you do?
- Lead the development of a cohesive content strategy that supports marketing objectives across all our UK brands.
- Oversee the entire content calendar, ensuring that everything from research reports and whitepapers to videos and blog posts is planned, scheduled, and delivered on time.
- Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to produce content that engages our audience at every stage of the customer journey, from initial awareness to long-term advocacy.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of B2B marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in content marketing. You are an expert at crafting compelling narratives and managing complex projects. Your background includes:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Proven ability to use analytics tools to measure performance and optimize content effectiveness.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with the property sector and its various stakeholders, such as lenders, conveyancers, and market influencers.
- A collaborative spirit, as you will be working closely with design, product, and communications teams.
