We are RevenueCat, a mission-driven company building the standard infrastructure for mobile subscriptions. Since launching in the 2018 Y Combinator batch, we have grown to support thousands of apps, including industry leaders like Notion, ChatGPT, and VSCO, while handling over $4 billion in annual in-app purchases. Our remote-first team of 90 people spans the globe, and we are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help us deepen our connection with our vibrant community.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of our Sub Club community, including managing our industry-leading podcast, revitalizing community engagement, and writing our newsletter for 10,000 subscribers.
- Develop and execute the content roadmap for a major upcoming project, managing its lifecycle from launch to long-term growth.
- Source and curate user-generated content and customer success stories to showcase real-world app growth.
- Produce high-quality blog posts and educational resources that translate complex concepts into accessible insights for our audience.
- Collaborate across teams, including Developer Advocacy, Sales, and Product Marketing, to ensure our content strategy aligns with our broader brand goals.
- Use community feedback loops to inform future content, ensuring our resources remain relevant to the evolving needs of app developers and founders.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in content marketing, specifically within a B2B or B2D SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to cultivate user-generated content and build mutually beneficial collaboration programs.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify technical topics.
- Strong project management capabilities to handle multiple streams of work, such as newsletters, podcasts, and long-form projects.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a remote, asynchronous work environment.
- A genuine curiosity about the mobile app ecosystem and monetization strategies.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience managing or launching podcasts and other audio or video content.
- Background in an early-stage startup or experience leading community-building initiatives at scale.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals to drive organic traffic.
- A creative approach to community engagement, such as organizing unique challenges or collaborative projects.
