Content Marketing Manager at Healthie

What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with our company goals, while tracking key performance metrics like organic traffic and lead conversion to optimize your strategy.
• Produce a steady pipeline of high-quality assets, including blog posts, whitepapers, newsletters, case studies, and webinars, while collaborating with internal teams and partners to ensure a consistent brand voice.
• Amplify our content across multiple channels, such as social media and email campaigns, and work closely with our Growth team to integrate your work into broader lead nurturing and product marketing efforts.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in content, brand, or marketing, ideally within the B2B SaaS or healthcare technology sectors. You should be a creative storyteller with strong writing and editing skills, and you must have a proven track record of executing successful content strategies. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent project management skills, and has a natural ability to lead through influence. You should be comfortable collaborating with partners on co-branded campaigns and have a deep commitment to our core values of Respect, Reliability, and Resilience. Proficiency in English is required for this position.

What you'll get

The base salary for this position is $85,000 to $115,000 per year, supplemented by equity compensation and an annual company performance bonus. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:
