What is this role?
We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who wants to take ownership of our marketing communications strategy. You will work in a hybrid capacity, helping us scale our brand presence and connect with our target markets across the energy sector.
What will you do?
- Develop and lead our comprehensive content strategy, ensuring we consistently produce insights-driven material that resonates with the trader community throughout their entire journey with us.
- Create and manage a wide variety of content formats, such as ebooks, data reports, customer success stories, blog posts, and social media updates, to support our SEO goals and feature launches.
- Oversee our organic social media presence and email nurture campaigns, ensuring that every piece of communication maintains our high standards for quality and tone of voice.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of experience in content marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS, finance, or marketplace setting. We need someone who is a talented writer and is fluent in both English and German. You should be comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, and you should bring a strong entrepreneurial mindset to the table. Technical proficiency is also key, so you should have experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools. Finally, you must be based in Germany to join our team.
