Color is a health technology company dedicated to making population-scale healthcare programs accessible, convenient, and cost-effective for everyone. We partner with employers, labor unions, government entities, and public health institutions to provide essential tools for preventive health and disease management, including cancer early detection and screening. We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This is a remote role that offers you the opportunity to do meaningful work while helping us communicate our mission and value proposition to a wider audience.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand and demand generation goals across web, social media, and third-party channels.
- Manage the entire content lifecycle, from initial ideation and stakeholder collaboration to creation, approval, publication, and promotion.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to translate technical and clinical capabilities into compelling stories that resonate with our target audiences.
- Amplify our thought leadership by collaborating with the communications team on executive blog posts, op-eds, and bylines.
- Utilize SEO tools and performance data to identify content gaps, track trends, and optimize future initiatives for maximum impact.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support webinar programs, case studies, and reports while maintaining a consistent and authentic brand voice.
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in content creation, social media management, and content strategy.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in digital, social, and long-form content.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to manage complex content calendars and deadlines.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in working across marketing and communications functions to support executive-level content needs.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience managing content within the healthcare, digital health, or health technology sectors, particularly when working with benefits decision-makers.
