As our Content Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand voice and connecting with restaurant operators through a variety of engaging content formats.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary writer for the marketing team, producing blog posts, email campaigns, website copy, ad creative, and long-form content.
- Manage and execute an editorial calendar to keep cross-functional teams aligned on publishing schedules.
- Research and develop thought leadership topics that resonate with our audience of restaurant professionals.
- Use performance data and metrics to refine our content strategy and inform future projects.
- Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders and customers to create authentic case studies, ebooks, and articles.
- Apply SEO best practices to all written content to improve visibility and reach.
- Maintain consistency across all channels by upholding our brand voice and guidelines.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a content-focused role, ideally within the restaurant or restaurant technology sectors.
- A degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, with the flexibility to adapt your tone for different audiences and formats.
- The ability to manage a project from initial concept and research through to the final, polished product with minimal oversight.
- Proficiency with SEO tools and reporting platforms.
- Experience using content management systems and project management tools.
- Fluency in English.

The annual salary range for this position is $77,000 - $111,000, depending on your specific experience and location.
