The role
We are seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our global team on a full-time, on-site basis in Canada. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence and driving demand. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives at the intersection of financial services and technology, and who is ready to lead a comprehensive content strategy that accelerates our growth.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and implement a high-impact content strategy that aligns with our go-to-market goals, working closely with our Product, Sales, and Marketing Operations teams.
- Manage an always-on content model that powers our multi-channel demand generation efforts, including leading the redesign of our website to better showcase our expertise.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of diverse content assets, such as white papers, blogs, videos, and ad copy, while utilizing data and AI tools to optimize performance and reach.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 5 years focused specifically on content strategy or demand generation.
- A deep understanding of the financial services, fintech, and data sectors.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities and clear communication skills, both written and visual.
- Proven technical proficiency with Salesforce, Webflow, Google Analytics, and Pardot.
- Experience with account-based marketing and sales enablement strategies.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
