At LogRocket, we are on a mission to make every web experience perfect. Since 2016, we have been helping product managers and developers gain complete visibility into user behavior through session replays and AI-powered analytics. With nearly 3,000 customers like Airbnb and Pinterest, we are growing fast and looking for a passionate individual to join our content team. Our blog is a major asset with 4 million monthly page views, and we need someone to help us maintain that momentum while connecting with our community of frontend developers.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a mid-level position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to take ownership of a high-traffic editorial platform. You will be based in the United States and will work closely with our existing content team to expand our digital footprint.
What will you do?
- Oversee daily blog operations, which includes managing a team of freelance writers, coordinating with illustrators, editing posts, and ensuring our editorial calendar stays on track.
- Take charge of content distribution by experimenting with new channels and optimizing our current strategy to reach a wider audience.
- Collaborate with influencers and industry thought leaders to build relationships while also contributing to broader projects like ebooks, webinars, and case studies.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field. We are looking for someone who brings a strong editorial mindset and a deep understanding of how to create content that resonates with developers. You should be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
Your toolkit should include:
- Proficiency with WordPress and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
- Experience using SEO and research tools such as Ahrefs and SEMRush.
- A solid grasp of inbound marketing, content categorization, and distribution strategies.
- The ability to provide writing samples that demonstrate your editorial voice.
If you have experience in frontend development or have worked in other marketing functions, that is a plus.
What's in it for you?
We believe in taking care of our team so you can do your best work. Our benefits package includes:
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401k plans and commuter benefits to support your financial and daily needs.
- Stock options, so you have a real stake in the company we are building together.
- Flexible hours and a hybrid work environment that respects your need for balance.
- An open vacation policy and three months of fully-paid parental leave.
- Regular team outings, monthly gifts, and catered office lunches for those who choose to work on-site.
