We are LumiQ, an audio-first platform dedicated to transforming how CPAs complete their continuing professional development. By replacing outdated webinars with engaging podcasts featuring leaders from organizations like Shopify, Slack, and TD Bank, we are making mandatory learning actually enjoyable. Following our recent Series A funding and successful expansion into the United States, we are looking for a talented individual to help us scale our mission. What you'll be doing
- You will lead the creation and execution of our content strategy in close collaboration with our Director of Marketing.
- You will craft compelling copy across various channels, including high-converting landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and internal sales enablement materials.
- You will manage our social media presence and analyze content performance metrics to ensure our efforts effectively drive demand and engagement.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in B2B marketing and a passion for storytelling. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on content marketing.
- Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences and platforms.
- Proven experience managing company social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn, to build and engage a community.
- A solid understanding of SEO best practices and how content functions within a broader demand generation strategy.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage editorial calendars and keep stakeholders informed.
- A metrics-driven mindset, with the ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign success.
- Fluency in English.
