The opportunity
We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling our thought leadership function and building lasting, meaningful connections with our customers. You will report directly to the Content Marketing Lead and work alongside a collaborative group of professionals who are passionate about delivering a human-centric experience. This is a full-time position based in Canada, offering a hybrid work environment where you can balance focused independent work with meaningful in-person collaboration.
A day in the life
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that includes high-quality articles, whitepapers, case studies, and social media assets to elevate our executive profiles.
- Own the editorial calendar and project management process, ensuring that all content is produced on time and aligned with our broader growth goals.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, sales, and product teams to conduct research and translate insights into compelling stories that resonate with small business owners.
Who you are
You are a storyteller at heart with a passion for helping small businesses thrive. You bring a strategic mindset to the table and are excited to move beyond standard marketing tactics to create something truly impactful.
- You have 4+ years of experience in marketing, content management, or editorial roles.
- You are a strong project manager who can prioritize effectively and drive projects to completion while working independently.
- You possess exceptional writing skills and have a proven ability to adapt your tone to different audiences and formats.
- You are data-driven and understand how to use analytics to measure performance and optimize your content strategy.
- You are fluent in English and comfortable interviewing subject matter experts to gather authentic insights.
