About the Role
We are searching for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a mid-level position where you will take ownership of our demand-generation and B2B content efforts. You will be responsible for shaping our brand voice and translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Marketing, Sales, and Product departments to amplify our brand across various channels through high-quality written content.
- Develop a wide range of materials, including customer case studies, whitepapers, sales enablement tools, and industry perspectives, while managing projects from initial concept to final delivery.
- Use data insights and analytics to measure the effectiveness of your content and continuously optimize our strategies to meet campaign objectives.
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in content creation, preferably within a SaaS environment or an in-house marketing team.
- A strong background in B2B marketing with exceptional storytelling and writing capabilities.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with diverse stakeholders, including executives.
- A degree or diploma in marketing, writing, or a related field is considered an asset.
- An interest in or prior experience with supply chain dynamics is a plus.
Location
This role is based out of our Brooklyn office and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
