The role
We are seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this position, you will take ownership of our company-wide content strategy. You will act as the primary driver for our multi-touch channel efforts, ensuring that our content serves as a reliable growth engine for the business while establishing TCP as a thought leader in the industry.
Core responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our buyer journey, including the creation of blog posts, white papers, case studies, and social media content.
- Manage our editorial calendar to ensure that all output is optimized for SEO, market trends, and demand generation goals.
- Build and maintain a network of freelance contributors while establishing organizational workflows to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing and a passion for storytelling. We are looking for candidates who bring the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in content marketing within the B2B SaaS space.
- Proven ability to scale social media and blog channels while building engaged online communities.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with the analytical ability to interpret data and refine content performance.
- A deep understanding of SEO best practices and how to apply them to a publishing cadence.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
