At Rootly, we are building the industry-leading incident management platform that helps organizations resolve technical issues quickly and reliably. We are looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our fully remote team and help us define a new market segment while supporting high-growth customers like NVIDIA, Figma, and Canva.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports our broader business and marketing goals.
- Produce a high volume of engaging, high-quality assets, such as whitepapers, blog posts, and case studies, to establish our brand as a thought leader.
- Apply advanced SEO best practices to increase organic reach and stay ahead of industry algorithm updates.
- Work alongside our product and engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for SRE and DevOps practitioners.
- Manage our social media presence and execute campaigns that foster an active, engaged community.
- Assist in the planning and execution of industry events to strengthen our market presence and connect with our audience.
Must-haves
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS content marketing.
- Deep expertise in SEO strategy and execution.
- A strong track record of creating technical content, specifically for DevOps or SRE audiences.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Advanced proficiency in social media management.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience working within a startup environment.
- Background in event planning and execution.
- Basic design skills for creating simple graphics.
- Familiarity with the Chicago Manual of Style.
