About the Role
We are seeking a Content Marketing Director to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this high-impact position, you will lead our content strategy, drive customer storytelling, and deepen engagement across our ecosystem, including partners and industry thought leaders. You will sit at the intersection of content, customer, and partner marketing, shaping the narrative that defines how our users interact with Graylog. You will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer and work within a growth-oriented culture that prioritizes collaboration and creative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports our sales, marketing, and customer education initiatives by creating technical yet accessible content for various personas and buying stages.
- Create compelling product-focused assets, such as demo videos and solution overviews, while partnering with internal subject matter experts to translate complex technical capabilities into clear messaging.
- Strengthen our ecosystem by developing co-branded content with strategic partners and managing our presence on platforms like the AWS Marketplace to maximize visibility and engagement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Extensive professional experience in Content, Customer, Partner, or Product Marketing, ideally within the cybersecurity, SIEM, or security operations sectors.
- A proven ability to translate highly technical concepts into engaging, digestible narratives for diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience producing product videos, customer success stories, and enablement materials.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and partner teams.
- A strategic mindset combined with a willingness to be hands-on and drive projects to completion.
- Bonus points for experience with the AWS Partner Network, MDF programs, or partner enablement platforms like Allbound.
